General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – Terms) determine the procedure by which SIA “RT Kompānija” provides services and sells goods on the website and in the office. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. We may update the Terms. The version published on this page at the time of update is in effect.
Website Use
Our website is intended for ordering print products and obtaining information about services. You agree to provide truthful data in orders and communications, and not to use the website for illegal or misleading activities. If an account is created on the website or personalized links to orders are used, you are responsible for the confidentiality of access data and any actions taken using this access. Please inform us immediately by email if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Uploading content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or contains illegal, offensive, or hate-inciting material is prohibited.
- Attempting to disrupt the website’s operation, bypass security solutions, or automatically load systems without agreement is prohibited.
- We may cancel or suspend orders if there are reasonable suspicions of fraud, rights violations, or obvious errors in the data.
Products and layout samples on the website are illustrative. Color representation on the screen may differ from the final print colors for technical reasons.
Contract Fundamentals
The contract comes into effect when the order is confirmed and paid for. We start production after the final layout is approved and payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders and Layouts
The client is responsible for the content, dimensions, and arrangement of elements in the layout. The final version is approved before production. Minor color differences between the screen and final print are possible for technical reasons and are not considered defects if the work meets printing standards.
- File requirements: PDF (print-ready), CMYK, usually 300 dpi.
- Fonts: included in the file or converted to curves.
- Trimming: bleed and safety margins according to the product.
- Content rights: the client ensures rights to images, fonts, and brands.
Prices, Payments, and Offers
Prices are indicated in euros. Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT; delivery fee is not included and is applied separately. For individual orders, the price may change depending on materials, finishing, and circulation. Invoice payment: in cash or by card in the office, or by bank transfer before production. A VAT invoice is issued upon request or according to accounting procedures.
- Price errors: obvious printing or input errors in prices are not binding – we inform the client and offer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
- Offers, coupons, and promotions: valid until the specified date or while the campaign is in effect; discounts are not cumulative unless clearly stated otherwise; coupons do not apply to delivery costs unless specified otherwise.
- Prepayment: after receiving the invoice, production starts after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
Delivery methods, costs, and counting of terms (after production completion) are described on the Payment and Delivery page. We usually use Omniva, Exprespasts, SmartPosti, Velokurjers, etc. services or office pickup.
Withdrawal Rights and Returns
Return conditions and exceptions for personalized products are detailed on the Returns and Refunds Policy page.
- Standard, non-personalized goods can be returned in the prescribed manner.
- Personalized goods are generally not returned, except in cases of non-compliance or defects.
Intellectual Property
The content of the website (texts, designs, photos, etc.) belongs to SIA “RT Kompānija” or partners. Written permission is required for republication. By submitting files, the client confirms the rights to the materials used and that no third-party rights are violated.
Liability Limitations
We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or damage to reputation. In case of non-compliance, repeated production, exchange, or justified refund may be offered according to the return procedure.
- Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after receiving the goods, including photos or other evidence.
- In case of force majeure, parties are not responsible for delays if circumstances are properly documented and notified.
Privacy and Cookies
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes of data collection, storage periods, and your rights. We use cookies for website functionality and measurements, following applicable regulations.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is to be reviewed in the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws.
