Overview and Applicability
This policy applies to purchases from SIA “RT Kompānija” both online and in the office. It governs the return and refund of standard goods and personalized print products.
Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
Consumers and B2B
- Consumers can withdraw from standard, non-personalized goods within 14 days of receipt, if the item is unused and in full set.
- B2B orders are subject to the procedure and civil law terms specified in the contract.
Exceptions
- Personalized/custom-made products are not returned without identified non-compliance or defect.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or quality reasons after irreversible packaging opening.
What is not a valid reason for personalized printing
- Subjective preferences (“disliked”, “not needed”) if produced according to the agreed layout.
- Customer errors in the order: incorrectly submitted files, texts, sizes, or delivery address.
Return Process
How to Apply
- Prepare the order number and a brief description of the situation; in case of non-compliance, attach a photo or video.
- Send the application to info@rtkompanija.lv (include name/company, contacts, product name, and quantity).
- Follow the provided instructions after confirmation and, if necessary, use the assigned return number.
- Pack the item securely, protecting the print surfaces and maintaining the set.

- It is recommended to use trackable shipping for returns (e.g., Omniva or Latvijas Pasts).

Costs and Risks
- Right of Withdrawal (standard goods): return shipping costs are usually covered by the customer.
- Non-compliance/defect: return shipping costs are covered by SIA “RT Kompānija”.
- If the entire order is returned in case of withdrawal, standard delivery costs are refunded; additional services (e.g., express) are not compensated.
- Until the item is received at the specified address, the risk of damage or loss lies with the sender.
Refund
- The refund is made no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice; we have the right to withhold it until the item is received or proof of shipment is provided.
- The refund is made in the same payment method or to the specified bank account after verification.
- The refund may be reduced for a decrease in value if the item is used more than necessary to check its properties and operation.
Quality Non-compliance
- If the product is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the agreed layout, report it immediately upon receipt, attaching visual evidence.
- Solutions may include reprinting, exchange, partial or full refund, evaluating the specific case.
