Delivery
We provide delivery with reliable partners throughout Latvia, as well as to other countries. Payment and receipt are also possible at our office in Riga.
Delivery costs and times depend on the size, weight, and chosen delivery method. Important: the delivery time is counted from the moment of production.

- Omniva parcel machines – convenient pickup at the nearest parcel machine.
- Omniva, Exprespasts, SmartPost, Velokurjers, etc. – postal shipments or courier to the door.
- Pickup at the office – free at our address in Riga.

Terms
In Latvia, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after production. To other countries, 3-7 working days depending on the destination and provider. If urgent delivery is needed, express solutions are possible upon agreement.
Order status and tracking
After handing over the shipment to the provider, we send a tracking number to your email. You can easily check tracking in the provider’s system. If tracking is unavailable or there are uncertainties, write to info@rtkompanija.lv indicating the order number.
Packing and safety
The content of each shipment is packed according to its size and fragility to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Large and flat products are reinforced with stronger materials, while moisture-sensitive prints are additionally protected with film.
